M.O.M.S.

- Sr. Helen Prejean, C.S.J., Dead Man Walking

"Before I had asked God to right the wrongs and comfort the suffering. Now I know - really know - that God entrusts those tasks to us."
Men & Women Organized for Ministry to the Suffering, with the help of the Walsh Jesuit community, has served families, faculty & staff by confidentially providing meals, groceries, restaurant & gas gift cards, dental care, uniforms, clothing and athletic equipment during times of need.

If you or someone you know needs help with school supplies, parking passes, tickets for Walsh Jesuit events, dances or retreats, please notify one of the coordinators. Our mission is to reach out & provide support when an illness, hospitalization, unemployment or other hardship creates a burden.

M.O.M.S. is not a fundraising entity; we rely on donations from the Walsh Jesuit Community. Cash, gift certificates or discounted services that will accommodate future needs of our families can be sent to the Dean of Student's Office, attn. M.O.M.S.

Contact Sue Figler if you have any questions, would like to help, or want to make a donation to help a member of the WJ community.
