The Arts at Walsh Jesuit
At Walsh Jesuit, creativity takes center stage.
Whether performing beneath the lights, making music with an ensemble, shaping something by hand or bringing an idea to life on a canvas, students are encouraged to explore their talents and discover new ways to express themselves.
Through both academic courses and extracurricular opportunities, the arts give Warriors a place to create, collaborate and grow. From first-time artists and performers to students who have spent years developing their craft, there is a place for every level of experience in the Walsh Jesuit arts community.

Theater
From acting and character development to full-scale CenterStage productions, students discover what it takes to bring a story from page to stage. With a fall play and spring musical each year, Warriors have opportunities to perform, collaborate, build confidence and experience the excitement of creating live theater together.
Warrior Corps
The soundtrack of Warrior Nation, Warrior Corps Marching Band and Colorguard bring music, movement and school spirit to life. Students combine musicianship, performance and teamwork while energizing football games, pep rallies, parades, band shows and other events that make the Walsh Jesuit experience unforgettable.
Vocal Music
From discovering choral music for the first time to performing at the varsity level, students develop their voices through Choir, Chamber Choir, Madrigals and Harmony Gold Show Choir. Warriors build confidence and musicianship through school Masses, concerts, competitions, special performances and opportunities to share their talents beyond campus.
Studio and Visual Art
Students explore drawing, ceramics, mixed media and studio art while developing technical skills and their own artistic voice. Beginning and advanced opportunities encourage Warriors to experiment with materials, strengthen their craft, solve creative challenges and discover new ways to communicate ideas and see the world around them.
Instrumental
Band and orchestra students turn individual talent into something bigger through shared performance and collaboration. Warriors can find their sound through Concert Band, Jazz Band, String Orchestra and other instrumental opportunities while developing musicianship, confidence and community through concerts, school events and performances throughout the year.
Design and Photography
Creativity extends beyond the canvas through opportunities in graphic design and photography. Students explore composition, typography, color, digital media and visual storytelling while developing an eye for thoughtful design. Warriors learn to transform ideas and observations into creative work that communicates, inspires and captures a unique perspective.
