Students interested in applying for merit scholarships to Walsh Jesuit High School are asked to complete this application form. 

**If you are copying text from another application for any of your responses, you must paste such responses as "plain text" or you will get an error message that will prevent you from submitting the application.  If you are unable to paste as "plain text", you must type out your answer.**  

Applications for the class of 2028 are due by December 1, 2023.

Please also submit a copy of your 1st quarter 8th grade report card along with the completed application form.  Letters of recommendation from teachers, religious leaders, community leaders, etc. are not required, but will be accepted and reviewed.
