Medicines & Medical Forms
Please contact our Registered Nurse, Mrs. Natalie Donatelli, to coordinate a date and time to drop off prescription daily medications, prescription and non prescription emergency medications, or any diabetic supplies or medical supplies for students.
Also, please let Mrs. Donatelli know if you need the correct paperwork/ forms prior to drop off.
