Admissions Exam

Admissions Exam (HSPT)

As part of the admissions process at Walsh Jesuit, students take our Admissions Exam. At Walsh Jesuit, we use the High School Placement Test (HSPT). This exam provides a consistent and objective measure of each student’s academic readiness, helping us thoughtfully evaluate applicants and place them in courses where they will grow and succeed.

Rooted in our Jesuit mission of forming the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—the Admissions Exam is one of the ways we ensure every student is supported, challenged, and known. It also plays an important role in academic placement and scholarship consideration as students begin their journey at Walsh Jesuit.
