Walsh Jesuit is dedicated to providing the highest level of athletic preparation to all student- athletes. Each varsity team receives comprehensive support during designated training times. Our full-time Strength and Conditioning Coordinator works closely with each sport’s head coach to develop the most effective program for every team. He oversees all strength, speed, agility, flexibility, and conditioning programming for Walsh Jesuit’s athletic teams. Our Athletic Trainer provides the highest level of health and safety for our students. We strive to instill discipline, toughness, and team-work in our student-athletes.
 
Training focuses on developing a well-rounded athlete with an emphasis on flexibility and injury prevention. The Romanini weight room houses all on-site resistance training sessions. It is equipped to accommodate large groups, and is conveniently located adjacent to the Rico Fieldhouse. The space is available to all students, faculty, and staff.
