Stage Band
About Stage Band
The Walsh Jesuit Stage Band performs at a number of functions, both inside and outside the school. Among its activities are performances at local private elementary schools, nursing homes, and events at Walsh Jesuit High School.
The Stage Band is directed by Nelson Gorbach, who has been the band director at Walsh Jesuit for 45 years. Students may try out for Stage Band by audition during the first two weeks of the school year. Fall tryouts are scheduled by signing up on the calendar in the band room.
