Alumni Class Agent Program
The Walsh Jesuit Alumni Class Agent Program includes four opportunities to volunteer your time and talents to further the mission of Walsh Jesuit High School through the Alumni Association. What a great way to stay connected to your school and classmates! See the list and choose what works for you.
| Annual Fund and Major Gifts Identification | Annual Fund volunteers assist with letter writing, personal notes on AF solicitations, email & phone solicitations to select group of classmates, email follow-up to classmates, phone call follow-ups to classmates, and personal contact with AF Director to garner classmate solicitations. Major Gifts Identification volunteers assist the Development/Alumni Offices in recognizing and pairing potential donors with specific programs within the Walsh Jesuit Community. |
| Ricco Legacy Fund | Ricco Legacy Fund volunteers help with letter writing, personal notes on Legacy solicitations, email & phone solicitations to select classmates, email follow-up to classmates, phone call follow-ups to classmates, and personal contact with the Legacy Fund’s Coordinator to garner classmate solicitations. |
| Alumni Reunions and Information/Data updates | Reunion volunteers help by becoming committee members for their individual class reunion, contacting classmates for their upcoming reunion, assist with various aspects of the organizing and planning of individual class activities, updating classmate information, and helping to garner a class reunion gift for the benefit of school’s various tuition assistance programs. |
| Events/Programs/Projects | Events/Programs/Projects volunteers help the Alumni Office with the organization and development of specific project endeavors. Such projects could include: the annual golf outing, homecoming festivities, alumni-related liturgies, alumni retreat, annual Career day, service projects, development of alumni chapters, individual class-gift and scholarship programs, a scholarship in memory of deceased classmate, and other such events/programs/projects that may be offered to the Walsh Jesuit Community. |
