Warrior for a Day

Thank you for participating in the Warrior For the Day Program during the past school year.  The program will resume in October of 2013. Please check back in the Fall for online registration.

Our shadow program, named Warrior for a Day, helps prospective students learn what it means to be a Walsh Warrior by spending a school day with a Walsh Jesuit freshman or sophomore.

Families are encouraged to register for the Warrior for a Day program at least 48 hours in advance. However, in an effort to maintain appropriate class sizes, Walsh Jesuit will only accommodate up to 30 student visitors per day. Please refer to the list of black-out dates listed below.

Visitors should wear shoes that are not sneakers, pants that are neither jeans nor cargo pants, and a polo style shirt. If we have a 'dress down' day or a spirit day, visitors may choose to 'dress down' or wear spirit apparel (Walsh Jesuit shirts, sweatshirts, etc.).

The Admissions Office will provide lunch on visitation day.

Visitors arrive at the Admissions Office at 7:45 a.m. and will finish their day at 2:40 p.m. Parents may pick their students up at the Admissions Office.

To register for a shadow day in the Fall, you may sign up online or call Julie Moore at the Admissions Office at 330.929.4205 ext 153.  For additional questions about the program, please contact Admissions Assistant Mrs. Julie Moore at moorej@walshjesuit.org.
