Entrance Exam
7th Grade Students may now register to take a practice entrance exam at Walsh Jesuit High School. Test dates are Saturday, May 18 and Saturday, June 1, 2013. Testing begins at 9 a.m. A parent information session will be held during both test dates. Testing fee is $20.
- The initial step for an eighth grade student wishing to apply to Walsh Jesuit is to take an entrance exam.
- 7th Grade students are invited to take a practice exam in May or June.
- In order to make the testing experience the most positive it can be, students should pre-register for the exam at least one day in advance.
- A Parent Information Session/ Continental Breakfast will take place simultaneously in the theatre at 9:00 a.m.
- There is a $20 exam fee, payable on the day of the exam.
- Test results are sent out 4-6 weeks after the test is taken.

Walsh Jesuit uses an entrance exam called EXPLORE for admissions purposes. EXPLORE is the first in a testing sequence that culminates with the ACT college entrance exam.
